Ingredients

  • Suji/Rava - 2 cups
  • Dahi - 1 cup and 1/2 cup water
  • Tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • seasoning (Optional: Oil, Rai seeds, and Curry leaves)

Instructions

  1. Take some suji/rava in a bowl.
  2. Add curd to the suji/rava with water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the seasoning and vegetables.
  4. Heat your pan and pour the mix to make thin dosa -sized cheelas.
  5. Cook until golden and yummy.
  6. Enjoy your delicious cheelas with some green coconut chutney and a big smile!
