Ingredients

  • 10 Lady’s Fingers (Okra)
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Gram Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut lady’s finger lengthwise into four pieces.
  2. Spread the pieces on a tray.
  3. Sprinkle salt, chili powder, garam masala, and amchur powder. Mix gently.
  4. Sprinkle gram flour evenly over the okra.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry small portions until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your crispy okra fry.
